General Function

The Fifth Third Wealth Advisor Manager acts as the primary contact for a designated group of clients and prospects which may involve working within a team led by a Managing Director. Targeted relationship will have $5 million or more of investible assets with a desired relationship minimum of $2 million.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities :

Business Development- (40%-80%)

• Responsible for identification, qualification and prospecting qualified fiduciary and investment management clients for the firm.
• Identify and cultivate lead sources, pursue networking opportunities through professional association contacts, and utilize available research and prospecting resources.
• Create and maintain a contact database and an active pipeline (30, 60, 90 days) for qualified prospects.
• Responsible for net AUM and revenue growth.
• Initiate and direct the preparation of marketing and presentation materials in conjunction with the marketing group and assemble the requisite firm resources to support the marketing and sales process.

Relationship Management- (20%-60%)

Minimum Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required :

Working Conditions : Normal office environment with little exposure to dust, noise, temperature and the like. The base salary for this position is reflective of the range of salary levels for all roles within this pay grade across the U.S. Individual salaries within this range will vary based on factors such as role, relevant skillset, relevant experience, education and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan, with any such payment based upon company, line of business and / or individual performance.
