A typical day joining H&R Block as a tax associate means you will have the support of an expert team dedicated to providing you with the tax training you need to be successful. Your responsibilities will include :

• Conducting tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools video, phone, chat, email
• Preparing complete and accurate tax returns
• Generating business growth, increasing client retention, and offering additional products and services
• Providing clients with IRS support
• Supporting office priorities through teamwork and collaboration
• Growing your tax expertise
