Location : Muskegon, MI

Shift : 2nd and 3rd shift openings

Pay : $17 / hr

We’re looking for motivated and dependable individuals to join our production team as Entry-Level Machine Operators . This is a great opportunity to start a career in manufacturing — no prior experience required! We’ll provide hands-on training to help you learn how to operate and maintain production equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machines to ensure products meet quality standards
• Load raw materials into machines and unload finished parts
• Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks on parts
• Keep work areas clean and organized throughout the shift
• Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and moving products as needed
• Report equipment issues or defects to the supervisor promptly
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
