About the Role :
The Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) plays a critical role in delivering compassionate and high-quality care to patients within healthcare settings during assigned shifts from 6 AM to 6 PM or 6 PM to 6 AM. This position is essential in supporting nursing staff by assisting patients with daily living activities, monitoring their health status, and ensuring their comfort and safety. The CNA serves as a vital link between patients and the healthcare team, providing timely and accurate information to nurses and other medical professionals. Through attentive care and effective communication, the CNA helps to promote patient dignity and well-being while contributing to a positive healthcare environment. Ultimately, this role ensures that patients receive personalized care that meets their physical and emotional needs around the clock.

The required skills enable the CNA to provide direct patient care with competence and compassion, ensuring that all daily living needs are met safely and respectfully.
