Health Coach

A company is looking for a Health Coach (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct assessments of members' health status using motivational interviewing and healthcare knowledge

Engage and educate members to promote behavior changes for optimal health

Develop proactive action plans to address health issues and enhance overall wellness

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of experience with Microsoft Office

3-5 years of practice experience in relevant healthcare fields

Experience in managed care and Medicare

Must reside in EST / CST time zones

Hardwired internet connection required
