Seneca Holdings is seeking a External Communication and Brand Manager. This team member is responsible for shaping and amplifying the organization's image through strategic communication initiatives and brand stewardship. This role leads the development and execution of external messaging across media relations, thought leadership, digital platforms, and brand campaigns to ensure consistent, compelling, and aligned representation of the company's values and vision. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator and brand strategist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can build strong relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Develop and implement external communication strategies that support business objectives and enhance brand reputation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for media relations, including press releases, interviews, and crisis communications.
• Lead brand positioning efforts, ensuring consistency across all external touchpoints including digital, print, and experiential channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., internal communications, executive leadership, HR) to align messaging and amplify key initiatives.
• Manage external agency relationships and oversee the production of branded content and campaigns.
• Monitor media coverage, public sentiment, and industry trends to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
• Support executive visibility through thought leadership, speaking engagements, and editorial content.
• Provide strategic direction for social media platforms, content development and editorial calendars.

Salary at Seneca is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The range of this position in other geographic locations may differ. The projected compensation range for this position is below. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of our total compensation package for employees.

The projected compensation range for this position is :

$115,000 — $140,000 USD
