As the Dispensary Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a team of budtenders, maintaining compliance with state regulations, and ensuring operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
• Oversee all daily store operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and compliance documentation.
• Train, coach, and schedule dispensary employees to ensure consistent performance.
• Maintain strict adherence to Missouri cannabis laws and regulations.
