As a Line Cook, you play a crucial role in meal preparation, following standardized recipes and safety guidelines. Under the guidance of the dining services coordinator / manager, contribute to a positive dining experience by consistently delivering high-quality, safe, and appetizing meals.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and cook meals following standardized recipes and safety guidelines.
• Ensure proper portioning and serving of food at specified mealtimes.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Respond to dining room issues promptly during meal service.
• Label and date all food items in storage areas.
• Oversee food handling to prevent contamination and reduce costs.
• Suggest menu or recipe changes to minimize waste.
• Clean all kitchen equipment and storage areas regularly.
