Currently seeking a Manager of Laboratory Services to play a vital role in overseeing quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

As Manager of Laboratory Services, youll work alongside a collaborative team of five lab managers and report to the Laboratory Director. Youll help lead operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, introduce new technology, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and staff development.

Key responsibilities include :

• Supporting lab operations across a multi-site health system
• Ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance and survey readiness
• Leading performance improvement and quality initiatives
• Managing staff onboarding, training, competency checks, and performance evaluations
• Overseeing equipment acquisition, budgeting, and resource utilization
• Collaborating on system-wide laboratory strategy and innovation
