Located on Charleston’s storied Broad Street, Oak Steakhouse redefines the classic American steakhouse experience in a setting as unforgettable as the cuisine. We're seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant General Manager with a proven track record of success in high-volume, upscale dining environments (200-300 covers), ideally with a focus on a Steakhouse cuisine. You're not just a manager; you're a leader, a mentor, and a community builder.

We're looking for someone who :

• Has 5+ years of experience leading high-volume restaurants, preferably with a Steakhouse focus.
• Is passionate about food and beverage , with a keen eye for quality and a commitment to sourcing the best local ingredients.
• Excels at building and developing teams , fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
• Is a strong communicator and problem-solver , capable of navigating challenges and driving results.
• Is eager to engage with the Charleston community , building relationships with local vendors, businesses, and farms.
• Is looking for a change of pace and a chance to make a real impact.
