What are you going to do?

As a Service Engineer, you join a passionate sales team delivering high-tech automation solutions for hatcheries. These solutions enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs while improving animal welfare, biosecurity, hygiene, disease prevention, and traceability. Your technical background enables you to bridge engineering excellence with customer needs, creating tailored solutions that truly make a difference.

Tasks and responsibilities :

  • Prepare quotations, calculations, layout drawings, and order confirmations
  • Manage customer contracts by performing preventative maintenance visits, documenting / delivering reports and provide on-site remedial support.
  • Ensure that the customer’s system is updated
  • Prepare upgrade plans for the customer’s systems and deliver them to the customer.
  • Follow all technical procedures and tools for Global Service.
  • Provide technical review of orders for clients and any other proposals requested to perform.
  • Analyze technical risk of expansion projects and upgrades.
  • Provide customized advice to different clients using your technical expertise
  • Translate customer requirements into technical solutions using existing technologies
  • Communicate solutions effectively to clients using AutoCAD skills
  • Attend trade shows to stay current with industry developments and maintain client relationships
  • Coordinate with the project office to ensure they have the correct specifications

    Job requirements :

  • Completed bachelor education in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or equivalent
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD to advise clients and involve engineering colleagues in quotation processes
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Experience in translating technical solutions to meet customer needs
  • Ability to balance innovation with standardization in technical sales
