Vision for the Role : The Grounds Department Coordinator at Hume Christian Camps plays a key role in maintaining the beauty, functionality, and safety of the camp’s outdoor spaces. This hands-on leadership role includes scheduling and supervising grounds crew members, coordinating landscaping projects, and ensuring that all outdoor areas reflect the excellence and hospitality central to Hume’s mission. The coordinator will also foster a team environment grounded in servant leadership and Christ-centered values.

Work Environment

This position is primarily outdoors and requires the ability to work in varying weather conditions, including snow, rain, and extreme temperatures. Work may occur early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays during snow events or special projects.
