Digital Execution Lead

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to develop, implement, and facilitate the onboarding of digital solutions, ensuring their successful adoption into the customer's business environment, along with ongoing operations and maintenance. You will provide consultative support to improve productivity and efficiency, helping customers achieve their goals by leveraging ABB's digital solutions. The work model is hybrid. This role contributes to the Process Automation Energy Industries division. Your main responsibilities include :

  • Providing support to optimize product use and improve efficiency.
  • Testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring successful system rollout through training and ongoing support.
  • Configuring and implementing software solutions effectively.
  • Ensuring resources are in place for on-time, on-budget software implementation.

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • 8+ years of experience in industrial automation, energy, power, water, or oil and gas industries.
  • Experience with Operator Training Systems (OTS), simulation software, and dynamic modeling.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, problem-solving, process optimization, asset management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Effective communication with stakeholders, government agencies, and technical teams.
  • Change management skills and adaptability to evolving energy markets, with compliance to HSE regulations and API standards.
  • Budgeting, cost control, and financial acumen.
  • Proven leadership in mentoring and team development, fostering innovation and collaboration.
  • US citizenship or work authorization for the US is required.
