We are looking for talented and competitive Outside Sales Representatives in the Buford, GA area. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts to achieve revenue growth objectives. This role is ideal for someone with a background in tires or automotive service who thrives in an outside sales environment, is comfortable with regional travel, and can confidently prospect, call on potential accounts, pre-qualify prospects, and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, visit, and grow a base of independent tire dealers, repair shops, and automotive service centers
• Use a multi-pronged sales approach : cold calling, pre-arranged appointments, and on-the-fly visits
• Represent Weldon Tire professionally and build trust with accounts through consistency and responsiveness
• Proactively manage customer accounts and customer service needs
• Track and report on customer activity, market trends, and sales performance using company KPI tools
• Periodic travel to expand business, develop relationships, and finalize business matters
