Job Responsibilities :

• Assess, diagnosis, and prepare treatment plans that are clinically appropriate for the client(s).
• Provide 45-50 min individual, family or couples therapy in person or virtually.
• Complete proper clinical documentation within 24 hours of completing a session.
• Participate and engage in clinical supervision (1-2 hours weekly)
• Max caseload of 20 clients per week

Associate MFTs are required to have :

Illuminate Psychotherapy, Inc. provides :

Associate MFT compensation $33-40 / hr depending upon experience.

In a typical given work week, an Associate would have 10-20 clients, 1-2hrs of clinical supervision, 1-2 hours of clinical documentation time, and 1-2 hours for advocacy / treatment planning.

Hours worked would be dependent upon the Associates caseload.

Preferred specializations : EMDR, DBT, CBT, Gottman Couples Therapy

Preferred availability :

Monday through Friday 8am-8pm

Saturdays 8-12pm
