The Opportunity

• Seeking Emergency Department/Urgent Care Center physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
• ED/UCC experience strongly preferred.
• New grads with strong emergency or paramedic/EMT experience will be considered.
• Current national certification, DEA, ACLS, and PALS are required.
• Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.
• Current CA state license is a plus.

The Practice

Natividad Medical Center - Salinas, California

• Level II Trauma Center and County Hospital.
• 120-bed facility with 18-bed Emergency Department.
• Annual volume of 60,000 with a 9% admit rate.
• Patient mix is 60% Spanish-speaking and 25% peds.
• Full call panel, excellent nurses, and Vituity scribe support available.
