Chief Financial Strategist

We are seeking a strategic financial leader to join our organization. As a key member of the executive team, you will assume a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy and direction.

Main Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute finance strategies in support of our overall business plan and goals.
• Provide vision, innovative leadership, and oversight for all functions related to financial management, budgeting, accounting, reimbursement, and more.
• Establish and implement policies and procedures related to accounting practices.
• Oversee Accounting and Financial Reporting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Enterprise Analytics, Revenue Cycle, Treasury, and Supply Chain.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop institutional plans, policies, and solutions to complex problems.
• Serve as an ambassador for our organization and build strong community relationships.
• Advocate for our organization's interests with external stakeholders, including OHA, state Medicaid, ODM, and others.
