Job Title : Hospitality Manager

Position Overview :

The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel and restaurant, ensuring excellence in guest experience, staff performance, and operational efficiency. This role requires a strong leader who can balance administrative duties with hands-on involvement in both front- and back-of-house operations. The Hospitality Manager will foster a culture of service, teamwork, and accountability while upholding brand standards and achieving financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee hotel front desk, guest services, housekeeping, and work with the restaurant manager on operations.
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by training and coaching staff on service standards.
  • Manage scheduling, staffing, and performance evaluations across hotel and restaurant teams.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to drive consistency and efficiency.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, labor costs, and inventory control.
  • Partner with the kitchen and restaurant leadership to ensure seamless food and beverage service.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
  • Support marketing initiatives, local partnerships, and community engagement.
  • Lead by example, maintaining a visible presence on the floor and in guest-facing areas.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a hotel with food & beverage operations.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate staff.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in property management systems (PMS), restaurant POS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

    Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and move around the property for extended periods.
  • Ability to bend, reach, and perform tasks requiring physical mobility.
  • Must be comfortable working in varied environments (indoor, outdoor, kitchen, guest areas).
