Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a hotel with food & beverage operations.
Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate staff.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in property management systems (PMS), restaurant POS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Flexible schedule, including availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
