• Work on the detailed page designs for the SharePoint. Incorporate user feedback in the page designs.
• User interviews to understand the current journey and the pain points.
• Brainstorming and whiteboarding to generate ideas around problem statements.
• Creating clickable prototype
• Design reviews and test prototype with users.
• User training to leverage the new platform.
