CPC Certified Coding Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Coding Accuracy.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervises and mentors a team of coding specialists, ensuring performance management and development

Reviews medical records for accurate documentation and coding, supporting pre-visit and post-visit processes

Collaborates with providers and internal teams to enhance understanding of Clinical Documentation Improvement goals

Required Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent

6+ years of ICD-10 outpatient coding experience in internal medicine / primary care

1+ year of program, project, or people leadership experience

Coding certification as CPC required

Extensive knowledge of ICD-10-CM Coding Guidelines and related coding practices
