Job descriptionAccess to over 100 pieces of state-of-the-art dermatology equipment Support for surgical, medical, and cosmetic modalities Shared knowledge across a national network of clinical leaders Thrive in desirable California communities with coastal access and lifestyle flexibility Collegial culture focused on mentorship, excellence, and compassion Experienced administrative support so you can focus on patient care Base salary : $420,000 base Generous productivity-based compensation model Signing bonus and relocation assistance available Paid vacation, CME stipend, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits 401K with match, FSA / HSA, and short-term disability PPO reimbursement rates far above standard California private practice norms Board-Certified Dermatopathologist Active California medical license (or the ability to obtain one) Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care Knowledge of standard laboratory procedures, as well as the latest technologies Minimum of 3 years experience in dermatopathology Ability to work independently and manage a large caseload

Base Salary Range : $400,000–$500,000 + Productivity Bonuses
