Registered Nurse - PRN

JourneyCare Home Health is currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to join our home health team on a PRN basis. This field-based position is responsible for managing a caseload of patients in Elmwood Park, IL and surrounding areas, providing skilled nursing services, coordinating care, and supporting patients on their road to recovery in the comfort of their homes.

Location : Elmwood Park, IL and surrounding areas.

Hourly : $38.46 - $50.48
