Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Test Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing board and unit-level testing to ensure product quality and compliance with manufacturing standards. Key Responsibilities

Execute board and unit-level testing in accordance with established procedures, with minimal supervision.

Accurately connect and operate test equipment to ensure reliable results.

Communicate product or process issues promptly to team leads.

Complete ESD testing and sign in on appropriate PIDs, adhering to all manufacturing protocols.

Support Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) processes.

Safely operate high-voltage and high-power transmitters.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, following ESD and FOD (Foreign Object Debris) policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in mechanical and electrical assembly, hand tool usage, and production processes.

Strong understanding of schematics, electronics, troubleshooting, bench testing, and calibration.

Familiarity with electrical concepts such as Volts, Amps, Ohms, Phase, Modulation, and dBm.

Experience using AC, DC, and RF test and measurement equipment.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and systems like Kronos and PeopleSoft.

Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without assistance.

Preferred : Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent technical training.

Experience : 2–4 years in a related technical or manufacturing role.

Requirement : U.S. Citizenship (due to security clearance requirements).

Work Environment

Operates within a modern manufacturing facility offering two shift options :

1st Shift : 5 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM or 6 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM

2nd Shift : 2 : 30 PM – 12 : 00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Dress code includes closed-toe shoes, long pants, and a company-provided static vest.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00 / hr.
