Outpatient Therapist (LCSW-C, LCPC, LMSW, or LGPC)

Job Description

Seeking an Intensive Outpatient / Outpatient Therapist with a Maryland license (LCSW-C, LCPC, LMSW, or LGPC) to provide clinical services within IOP and OP programs.

• Deliver individual, group, and family counseling, develop treatment plans, and ensure client care quality.
• Maintain compliance with regulations, complete accurate documentation, and participate in program evaluation and planning.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, provide crisis intervention, and coordinate referrals.
• Engage in community outreach, prepare reports, and promote client satisfaction.
• Qualifications include a master's degree in Human Services Administration or related field, addiction counseling certification, and familiarity with relevant regulations.

Location is in Camp Springs, MD, with a hybrid work schedule, full-time hours, and a salary range of $65,000–$77,000 annually. Benefits include a flexible schedule. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and willing to relocate if necessary.
