A Day in Your Role :

As a Senior Tax Advisor at H&R Block, you will help clients navigate their tax needs, building long-term relationships that foster trust and satisfaction. You will join a team dedicated to your success, providing in-depth training to equip you with the knowledge needed to excel.

Your Key Responsibilities :

• Engage with clients through various channels, including in-person meetings and virtual consultations.
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive tax returns tailored to individual client needs.
• Drive business growth by enhancing client retention and introducing additional services.
• Assist clients with IRS inquiries and provide resolution support.
• Offer audit representation for clients as a Circular 230 associate.
• Support and mentor fellow team members to foster a collaborative environment.
• Successfully complete the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Utilize your experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax to deliver exceptional client service.
• Complete individual tax returns efficiently in a busy atmosphere.
• Use virtual tools effectively for client communication.
• Communicate professionally through in-person meetings, phone conversations, and written correspondence.
• Meet IRS and relevant state compliance requirements.
• Hold at least a high school diploma or equivalent.

Pay Information :

The pay range for this position is $11.00 - $80.00 per hour. Individual pay varies based on experience, education, skills, performance, and geographic location. Candidates may participate in incentive compensation plans that can provide additional earnings.
