Compact LPN Nurse Triage

A company is looking for a Remote Dispatch LPN, Hospice & HH- PT.

Key Responsibilities

Manage encounters that require a nurse visit and are placed in a workgroup by a triage nurse

Prioritize workgroup encounters based on acuity and utilize internal tools to identify the correct on-call staff member

Place outbound calls to customers on-call staff to arrange visits and relay call information

Required Qualifications

MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact LPN license

Experience with end-of-life care is required

Bilingual in English and Spanish, with proficiency in speaking, writing, and reading

Must have high-speed internet and be tech-savvy

Available to work part-time every other weekend from 10am-7pm CST
