VHS is looking for a qualified Physician - Oncology.

City : Prestonsburg
State : KY
Start Date : Pending Privileges
End Date : TBD

Description : Start Date : ASAP

Contract Length : 12 months preferred

Shift Details : 8?am–5?pm no call

Schedule : 3 days / week minimum preferred

Work Details :

Support staff : APP support and 3 docs at Hazard

Amount of coverage needed per month : 3 days / week

Patients per day : ~15 / day low volume solo provider

Department description : 60 / 40 Hem / Onc

EMR : Meditech

Practice Setting :

Clinic / Private Practice : outpatient

Requirements :

Board Certification : Board Certified

credentialing approx. 60 days

Shift Info : Day 5x8-Hour 08 : 00 - 05 : 00

1099 Pay Rate : Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)

Certification Requirements : Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
