Job descriptionDirects and supervises nursing care of OB patients and their newborns Directs activities of LPNs Actively participates in committees or projects for the improvement of nursing care Participates in educational programs for nursing service personnel, patients and student nurses. Evaluates patients on admission, assesses patient and newborn needs throughout hospital stay. Keeps care plans current RN license in Arkansas or Compact RN license (or eligibility to obtain) Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred BLS and ACLS required (or must be willing to obtain upon hire) 1 year of experience preferred, but welcome new graduates Centrally located community within proximity to areas for activities like fishing, hiking, camping, and more. Supportive tight-knit community with multiple A+ rated schools Excellent options to enjoy nature in the Ozarks with a short drive to places like the Cosmic Caverns, the Ozark National Forest, or the Hemmed-In-Hollow Falls

$15,000 sign-on bonus provided with this position!
Pay : $28.00 - $42.00 / hou r + generous shift differentials
The Registered Nurse Opportunity :
- Full-time, permanent, direct-hire
- Labor and Delivery Schedule : 3x12s, night shift (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM)
