High school diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing preferred.Positive and "can do" attitude essential.Strong attention to detail.Ability to handle confidential prospect information with sensitivity, integrity, and accuracy.Demonstrate strong organizational and analytic skills with the ability to prioritize workload.Ability to multi-task, and patiently handle disruptions. Can put down work, handle a different task on hand, then pick work up again easily.Excellent inter-personal, verbal, and written communication skills required.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, notably Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google applications.Act in a professional manner that is consistent with good customer service practices, and in accordance with the Three Pillars Standards of Conduct.Able to exercise discretion and independent judgment in matters of significance.What you'll do as the Welcome Center Administrative Assistant :
Serve as the welcoming, customer-focused presence of the Three Pillars Welcome Center-greeting visitors and residents, providing information, maintaining an attractive lobby environment, and coordinating deliveries and hospitality needs.Manage and triage initial residency inquiries by reviewing submissions, calls, and walk-ins; qualifying prospects; entering accurate notes into the CRM; and ensuring seamless handoffs to the appropriate team members.Provide basic resident support by responding to questions and requests, coordinating amenity and venue inquiries, and acting as a liaison for events, reservations, and special service needs.Support organizational operations through event preparation and assistance, maintaining organized files, ensuring confidentiality, and completing additional tasks assigned by the Director of Sales or designee.Benefits & Perks :
