Patient Service Representative

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative - Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

Interact with patients, payers, and providers to gather information for accurate registration and scheduling

Manage the patient check-in and check-out process, including verifying identification and collecting payments

Accurately schedule patient appointments and handle billing inquiries as needed

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in computer applications and excellent mathematical skills

1 year of experience in a customer service or healthcare / medical office environment preferred

Strong organizational and analytical skills

Knowledge of medical terminology and billing guidelines is preferred

Ability to adapt, prioritize, and meet deadlines
