About the Role
This is a high-impact, strategic leadership opportunity to own and optimize the global tax function for one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in the world, NinjaOne. Moving beyond the foundational build, you will be the definitive chief tax strategist responsible for guiding our continued international expansion and substantial revenue growth with world-class tax efficiency. You will leverage your experience from a Big 4 Senior Manager role to immediately advise the CFO and executive team on complex US and international tax matters, directly impacting enterprise value by ensuring a globally-optimized tax structure.
This role offers the perfect blend of high-level planning and ownership of all compliance—from payroll and sales tax to complex ASC 740 and transfer pricing. For an ambitious tax professional, this is the ideal platform to transition from advisor to in-house operational leader, securing your career trajectory by managing tax for a high-growth, multi-national tech leader with significant scale and momentum. You will work alongside a collaborative Accounting & Finance team and have the resources to partner with top external experts, solidifying your reputation as an industry-leading Director of Tax in the dynamic SaaS space.

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For roles based in California, Colorado, Maryland, New Jersey or Washington the base salary hiring range for this position is $175,000 to $210,000 per year.
For roles based in New York, the base salary hiring range for this position is $175,000 to $210,000 per year.
