Ongoing / FT Emergency Physician Needed in NW Washington

Location : NW Washington State; Clallam County; Forks; Near Coast; Outdoor recreation, small town feel, quaint and beautiful town

Setting : Small Community Hospital

Start Date : June 1

End Date : September 1 (option to extend)

Coverage : Give me your availability : # days / week available, # weeks per month available, start date

Shifts : 24 hours; 9am-9am; give me your availability

Requirements :

• Active, unrestricted WA license
• Clean WA DEA (no current suits or unresolved cases)
• BE / BC
• Clean Malpractice / NPDB (no large payout in previous 7 years)

Rate : $180 / hour
