- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales outreach
- Comfortable with outbound calling and handling hang-ups or rejection
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically cleaning up data and tracking calls / documentation
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical service offerings
- Honesty and integrity with the drive to help others
- Comfortable with part time (approx. 20 hours / week)

Insight Global is assisting a client in identifying a Campaign Outreach Specialist for a Managed Service Provider, is launching a new marketing campaign offering complimentary IT services to prospective customers. They are seeking a Campaign Outreach Specialist to support this initiative by making outbound calls, engaging prospects, answering questions, and scheduling meetings with Solutions Engineers. This is a great opportunity for someone with a hospitality or customer service background who is comfortable on the phone and eager to contribute to a dynamic campaign.
Key Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to prospects from purchased contact listsReference the campaign and explain free service offerings :Network assessments
Cybersecurity assessments1 hour of trial IT consulting servicesGauge interest and schedule appointments with Solutions EngineersAnswer basic questions about services and offeringsTrack outreach efforts and maintain accurate records in ExcelCompleting documentation and tracking POC’s responsesEducate customers on service offerings and how they can add value / solve IT business challengesParticipate in a 1-week training led by the CEO / President to understand company services and approachUtilizing applications such as Ring Central, Autotask, Last Pass, and Hubspot for data cleaning and making callsHours : Part-Time, 20 hours / week
Hourly Pay : $18 / hr - $20 / hr
