This role is ideal for a motivated attorney who is passionate about client advocacy, interested in both litigation and casework, and eager to grow within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Work directly with clients from all walks of life on a wide range of immigration matters.

Represent individuals in immigration court hearings, appeals, and removal defense.

Prepare petitions, visas, and green card applications; guide clients through naturalization.

Collaborate with employers, families, and individuals on complex immigration cases.

Litigate before the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR) and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), including oral arguments, brief writing, and trials.

Partner with senior attorneys and staff to mentor, collaborate, and deliver outstanding client results.

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (JD) and active Bar admission in any U.S. state (required).

1+ year of immigration law experience (courtroom or casework).

Strong written and verbal advocacy skills.

Pay : $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
