To support our mission, we are looking for a Unit Support Assistant (USA) to join the Vocational Rehabilitation Department team. This position is located at 520 Central Pkwy E, Ste 232, Plano, Texas.

The Unit Support Assistant (USA) performs highly complex (senior-level) social service or case management, administrative support and technical program assistance duties utilizing the ReHabWorks system and other Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) automated resources. Work involves collecting, preparing, and reviewing cases to facilitate access to medical, educational, social, and other services; and providing intervention and frequent contact with individuals, facilities, and service providers. May train others. Works under limited supervision, with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and judgment.

Duty requires up to 10% travel (within the state of Texas) and the ability to lift 10 pounds.
