RN (Registered Nurse) License Bachelor's Degree in Nursing OR Higher 2-years' RN experience in an Acute Care setting Preferred Experience - 1 year or more in ICU setting BLS certification with the American Red Cross or American Heart Association Preferred experience - 1 year of Nursing Leadership Preferred certification - CCRN Proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective management skills Supports the Nurse Manager in a supervisory capacity while managing team member and patient care issue Ongoing team member performance appraisal and the hiring, counseling and terminating process Acts as a role model for other team members and the communication of organizational information Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team

Positions details :
- Location : BayCare Alliant Hospital Integrated ICU Dunedin, Florida
- Status : Full Time
- Shift : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM
- Occasional weekend requirement
- On Call : No
- Exempt from overtime
- Always in person
