A company is looking for a Claims Examiner I.
Key Responsibilities
Processes claims for multiple products or claim types and performs research and adjustments
Communicates with external parties to obtain information and coordinate coverage
Completes special projects and responds to inquiries from internal and external customers
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
2 years of customer service, member services, or claims processing experience
Advanced keyboarding knowledge
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
Associates degree preferred
