Receptionist
The receptionist is responsible for answering phones, performing customer service, and executing other clerical duties as assigned. This role involves maintaining the front desk reception, greeting customers, and directing them to various service areas. The receptionist contacts salespersons for customer assistance and manages incoming telephone communications. Additionally, this role includes ordering necessary supplies, as authorized by managers, and performing other clerical tasks to assist with the smooth functioning of the dealership. A cheerful and professional demeanor towards customers and colleagues is essential.

Work Environment :
The position is located in NE Salem with a focus on Toyota, Subaru, Chevrolet, and Nissan brands. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 2 : 50pm to 8pm, Saturday from 7 : 50am to 2pm or 1 : 50pm to 8pm (mandatory), and two Sundays a month from 10am to 3pm or 2pm to 7pm (mandatory). Training involves five days with the Receptionist Assistant Manager from 9am to 3pm, followed by three days of closing shifts with another team member.

Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $16.50 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
