Maintenance Associate

Overview

Maintenance Associate's primary responsibility is the quality and upkeep of the marina. This person will perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and cleaning, apply basic fixes to equipment and building systems, and ensure facilities are tidy and functional. The Maintenance Associate projects a professional company image through all interactions and must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g., ventilation).
• Provide the highest level of customer and guest services and expedites maintenance requests from management.
• Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls, and other marina-specific duties as requested.
• Use hand tools and power tools to make minor maintenance repairs and maintain grounds and walks.
