About The Role

The ideal candidate will excel at generating and closing new opportunities through a consultative, value-driven sales approach. You'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, driving new business opportunities, and expanding relationships within accounts over time.

This is a high-impact role for someone hungry to grow within a fast-moving company and excited about building strong customer relationships while making a measurable difference in the supply chain tech space.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Drive new business through proactive outbound outreach, targeted campaigns, and strategic follow-up with inbound leads
  • Prioritize and execute industry- and function-specific outreach to your top 30 target accounts
  • Develop and manage a territory plan focused on both new business generation and long-term account growth
  • Collaborate closely with customer success, marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Become a trusted advisor by understanding customers' business challenges and aligning Z2Data solutions accordingly

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a high-performing SDR / BDR or Sales Executive

Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing new business

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Experience with HubSpot a plus

Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn and grow in your sales career

Familiarity with supply chain risk management is a bonusbut if not, we'll teach you!

Compensation

  • $80,000 base salary + commission
