What Youll Do
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments in alignment with the California Department of Education, California Board of Psychology, and federal guidelinesDetermine student eligibility for special education services and programs based on individual needsPrepare clear, legally defensible reports with diagnoses and actionable recommendationsProvide consultation to administrators, parents, students, school-based staff, and CSG team members on special education procedures, mental health, behavior, and intervention strategiesParticipate in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with due process timelinesCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support a holistic approach to student successProvide counseling services to students when neededOffer training and support to school staff and familiesMaintain accurate, timely documentation of all services and assessmentsWhat Were Looking For
Required :
Active Clinical or School Psychologist License issued by the California Board of PsychologyCurrent Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential issued by the California CTCAt least 2 years of school-based experience supporting students with Autism and related disabilitiesPreferred :
Experience training and supporting school staff and parentsStrong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skillsPositive, solutions-focused approach and ability to build strong relationshipsPerks & Benefits
