Facility : Mathile Center for Mental Health and WellnessDepartment : Behavorial Crisis ServicesSchedule : Part timeHours : 24Job Details : The Crisis Assessment Specialist provides emergency behavioral health pre-screening, psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, and referral management to patients and their families. Responsible for assisting patients and their families in understanding and learning to cope with behavioral crisis and facilitate appropriate transition or admission planning for those patients needing placement in Behavioral health treatment facilities or programs. Assist families in resolving complex personal and environmental difficulties which interfere with effective social functioning. This position will collaborate interdepartmentally with all division of the hospital.

Tuesdays / Thursdays and every other weekend
10 : 00 AM - 6 : 30 PM
2 (12) hour shifts
eligible for shift differential and benefits
CPR certification preferred, not required
serving the Crisis Center at the Mathile Center
Education Requirements :
Masters : Counseling (Required), Masters : Social Work (Required)
Certification / License Requirements :
LISW - Licensed Independent Social Worker - Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage & Family Therapist Board, LPCC - Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor - Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage & Family Therapist Board
