Qualifications :
Additional Requirements : Ability to effectively relate to and communicate with disadvantaged youth. Ability to obtain and maintain CPA / First Aid / AED certification. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Able to read email daily and reply to messages in a timely manner based on urgency and importance. Knowledge of Education and Career Technical Training programs, and local social service and community assistance resources. Ability to inspire and motivate staff. Position requires an ability to operate office equipment. In addition, an individual must be able to interact with team members and maintain an effective working relationship with all facility staff and departments.

Job Corps is the largest nationwide residential career training program in the country and has been operating for more than 60 years. The program helps eligible young people ages 16 through 24 complete their high school education, trains them for meaningful careers, and assists them with obtaining employment.
