Adecco Staffing is hiring for a Maintenance Mechanic for a manufacturer in Peabody, MA! This is a temp to hire opportunity on 1st shift.

Schedule : Monday - Friday 7am-330pm

Pay rate : $30-35 per hour DOE

Key Responsibilities :

Installation and Maintenance : Installing new systems, replacing defective parts, and performing routine preventative maintenance.

Troubleshooting : Diagnosing mechanical issues and determining appropriate solutions.

Repairs : Repairing or replacing worn or damaged parts, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components.

Equipment Knowledge : Understanding the functionality of various machines and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Safety : Following safety practices and procedures while performing all duties.

Record Keeping : Maintaining records of maintenance, repairs, and parts used.

Essential Skills :

Mechanical Aptitude : Strong understanding of mechanical systems and how they function.

Troubleshooting : Ability to diagnose and solve mechanical problems.

Tool Proficiency : Competence in using hand and power tools.

Physical Stamina : Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Communication Skills : Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

Attention to Detail : Ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate records.

Pay Details : $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
