Pay : Starting at $ 22 / hour (based on experience)

Schedule : Full-time, Monday – Friday (overtime as needed)

Location : Oilville, VA

Start Date : Immediate openings available

Position Summary

Our client is seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join their team as Light Assembly Associates . In this role, you’ll assist with assembling small mechanical or electronic components, performing soldering, and ensuring all products meet strict quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a clean, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble small mechanical and electronic components using hand and power tools
• Solder parts and circuit boards following established procedures
• Conduct quality and accuracy checks on assembled products
• Follow detailed written and verbal assembly instructions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Support overall production goals by completing tasks efficiently and accurately
