What you will experience in this position : At nVent Management Company, you will find an exciting opportunity to develop your skills as an Electrical Helper and contribute to our world-class manufacturing team! In this role, you will :

• Use a wide range of hand and power tools to assemble products and parts.
• Work alongside skilled electricians and production leaders.
• Clean parts using cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths.
• Clean and maintain production equipment, machinery, and workspace.
• Chip in to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to ensure detailed production processes.
