Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 20252026 school year at a K-12 educational setting located in Cypress, TX. This contract role offers an opportunity to work directly with students, helping them develop essential communication skills and overcome speech and language challenges in a supportive school environment.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide evidence-based therapy for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to tailor interventions for student success.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and promote holistic development.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation consistent with district and state policies.
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning and decision-making processes.
