Infor CloudSuite Support Analyst

A company is looking for an Infor CloudSuite Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day application support for Infor CloudSuite modules, resolving incidents and service requests

Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and HR teams to translate business requirements into effective system solutions

Perform system configuration, testing, and validation of application changes and upgrades

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

3+ years of experience supporting or implementing Infor CloudSuite in a healthcare or ERP environment

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field required

Experience with Infor ION, Mongoose, IDM, or related integration tools preferred

Prior healthcare industry experience, especially within hospital or clinical operations, is highly desirable

Knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare compliance, and data security best practices
