First shift : $16.50 per hour
Second Shift Weekday : $17.25 per hour / Weekend : $18.25 per hour
Third Shift Weekday : $18.50 per hour / Weekend : $19.50 per hour

Requirements for the Behavior Support Specialist
Must have High School Diploma, GED, or Work-Keys Bronze Certificate
Be at least 17 years old
Valid Driver's License for a minimum of two years with a good driving record. (we may be able to accommodate, but not guaranteed)
Pass drug and alcohol screenings
Pass criminal background checks
Must be available for 2-4 weeks of PAID training, M-F 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm.
OPTIONAL : Bilingual in ASL (American Sign Language) or Spanish preferred, but NOT required.
