Registered Nurse (RN) – Skilled Nursing (LTC / TCU) - Travel Position

Location : Kalispell, MT

Job Type : Travel Contract

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 3x12s Nights

Pay : $2273 / week

Job Description :

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse to join our Skilled Nursing / Transitional Care Unit (LTC / TCU) team. The RN will deliver quality nursing care to residents and patients requiring long-term or post-acute care, ensuring their safety, comfort, and rehabilitation goals are met.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide direct nursing care including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and monitoring.

Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Support patients in recovery, rehabilitation, and activities of daily living.

Educate patients and families on health management, recovery, and ongoing care needs.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with care standards and regulations.

Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff as needed.

Qualifications :

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in MT

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, COVID vaccine, TB test

Minimum 1 year of long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab experience
